Patna: A 16 member delegation of National Defence College, Delhi led by Maj Gen Mukesh Aggarwal, VSM began their 5 day tour (5-9th Feb) to the State of Bihar as part of the module on ‘Understanding India’. The delegation comprises officers from Indian Armed Forces, Indian Administrative Service, Central PSU, and officers from friendly foreign countries- Brazil, Uganda, Nigeria, Myanmar & Sri Lanka. The delegation visited the Takhat Sri Harimandir Ji Patna Sahib on its arrival as part of the exposure to understand the management of religious institutions.
