PATNA: Security official of Deoghar airport on Saturday filed an FIR against three BJP MPs,Nishikant Shukla,Manoj Tiwary and Kapil Mishra, director of Deoghar airport,and six others for forcibly entering into the air traffic control room of airport on August 31 evening and forced the ATC to allow clearance for their chartered flight to New Delhi.

The Deoghar member of Lok Sabha,Nishikant Dubey retaliated by filing an FIR against the deputy commissioner of Deoghar,Manju Bhajantri for unauthorised entry to the airport and viewing CCTVs installed in the airport on August 31.He complained to the SP of Deoghar to initiate police action against the DC . The Deoghar DC and MP,were engaged in twitter war since Saturday morning with MP asking the DC not to work as agent of the chief minister and avoid flattering Hemant Soren.He evena advised DC to follow the high standards of Indian Adminstrative Service.
The MPs had gone to Dumka to meet the family of Ankita Kumari Singh,who died of burns caused by petrol thrown on her.They had handed over cheque of Rs 28 lakhs to her father.
The FIR filed by the deputy SP in-charge of airport security,Suman Annan with Kunda police alleged the three MPs,two sons of Nishikant Dubey.three BJP workers forced their entry into the ATC after sunset and forced the control room authorities to issue clearance for their chartered flight.
There is no facility of might landing or take off from Deoghar airport,Deputy commissioner said.
Deputy Commissioner.Manju Bhjanatri,alleged the MPs made unauthorised entry into the ATC room after sunset and misused their positions on the officials to facilitate late evening take off their aircraft endangering security of the passengers also.
DC said”never imagimed that,inside DGCA certified airpor’s most sensitive and high security area-ATC,children and supporters can gain access”. MP Nishikant Dubey responded by saying” i would suggest you to study aviation rules again.”
MP claimed he had gone to the ATC room in the capacity of chairman of advisory Committee of airport.
