PATNA; Enforcement Directorate at Ranchi tonight arrested Chhavi Ranjan,an IAS officer of Jharkhand on charges of sale of army land in Ranchi during his tenure as deputy commissioner of Ranchi
Ranjan was earlier called at ED office for questioning and arrested after 11 hours of interrogation.He was questioned on April 24 also.
Earlier,seven people including five circle officers were arrested in army land scam.
